Gym management software for the work behind every workout.
Fitness Vault brings member records, membership dates, check-ins and recorded payments into one gym workspace. Independent gym owners and front-desk teams can try the public sample with fictional records before opening a separate account for their gym.

What should gym management software keep together?
A member arriving at the desk should have one record to check: contact details, assigned membership, access dates and attendance. The same record should connect to renewal follow-up and payments already received. That connection makes it easier to answer a member’s question during a busy shift.
In Fitness Vault, start with a member, assign a plan, then verify access before recording a check-in. The public sample lets you explore that sequence without an account.
The everyday jobs in Fitness Vault
- Members and memberships
- Add a member or import contacts from CSV. Assign access dates and review membership status before making changes.
- Check-ins
- Find the member, check their access and confirm the visit. Review attendance from the same workspace.
- Renewals
- Review memberships approaching expiry, copy a follow-up message and record what happened.
- Daily closing
- Compare recorded collections and expenses by payment method. Check those records against the money your team actually holds.
Recording a payment and collecting a payment are different
Fitness Vault records money you have already received. It does not charge a member’s card, transfer a bank payment or send an automatic renewal reminder. Your team handles the payment and communication, then records the outcome.
This distinction matters when comparing software. Check the exact job each feature performs before moving your gym’s process into it.
How to evaluate the sample for your gym
- Open the sample and find a member by name.
- Review their membership and access dates.
- Explore a check-in and the renewal queue.
- Review recorded collections and daily closing.
- Write down what your staff would need to do differently during a shift.
All sample names, amounts and visits are fictional. Changes in the full sample stay in your browser and do not update a real gym.
Which markets does Fitness Vault serve?
Fitness Vault is intended for independent gyms in the Philippines and internationally. The website distinguishes Philippine peso examples from US dollar examples. International intent does not mean every currency, payment network or local requirement is supported.
Read the Philippine gym operations overview or work through the daily operations guides. Confirm current software access terms with the team before relying on the beta for real records.
