Privacy on the Fitness Vault website.

This policy describes the Fitness Vault public marketing website, its guides and browser-local sample. Fitness Vault was founded by Vince Elijah Alvarez. Contact privacy@fitnessvault.com with privacy questions. The separate gym application and an individual gym’s member records require their own service-specific information.

Browsing and hosting

Opening a page sends ordinary connection information to the hosting infrastructure, such as an IP address, browser request details and the requested URL. Hosting providers may process this information to deliver pages, maintain security and troubleshoot failures. This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure.

Assets including fonts are served with the site. The homepage may request a region setting from its own origin and use the device’s time zone as a fallback for the country and currency display.

Browser-local sample and preferences

The full sample workspace saves fictional records and changes in your browser’s local storage so you can return to the sample. Country selection and, when present, a referral code may also be stored on the device. The sample is not a connected gym database.

Use fictional information in the sample. Do not enter real member contact details, payment credentials, passwords or health information. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access locally saved information.

See the cookie and storage notice for storage names, duration and removal options.

Website guide and email enquiries

The public website guide uses curated local answers and keeps its conversation in the current page session. It does not read your gym account, send a message to staff or submit a support ticket.

If you email us, your email address, message and attachments are handled through email services to respond to your enquiry. Include only necessary information. Request a review or deletion of an enquiry by emailing privacy@fitnessvault.com; handling may depend on what is needed to resolve the issue or retain required records.

Advertising and analytics status

The public website loads Google AdSense’s advertising script and publishes AdSense verification metadata and an ads.txt file. Requests to Google can include your IP address, browser information and page address. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites, depending on your settings and the advertising features in use.

Installing this code does not establish that Google has approved the site or that ads are being displayed. The website does not load a separate Google Analytics tracking service. The file named analytics.js in the sample calculates gym reports from workspace records.

See How Google uses information from partner sites. You can manage personalized Google advertising in My Ad Center, manage cookies in your browser, and review participating vendors’ choices through YourAdChoices.

Your choices and questions

You can remove this site’s local data through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing it removes saved sample changes and preferences on that browser; it does not delete a separate cloud account. You can also browse the editorial pages without using the sample.

For access, correction, deletion or other questions about information you have shared directly with Fitness Vault, email privacy@fitnessvault.com. Describe the request and the relevant service. We may need enough information to identify the enquiry and confirm the request concerns your information.

This notice will be revised when the public website’s processing changes. The date at the top identifies the current published version.
