These terms describe use of the Fitness Vault public website, guides and fictional sample workspace. They do not set the subscription, billing or account terms of the separate gym application. Fitness Vault was founded by Vince Elijah Alvarez; website enquiries go to support@fitnessvault.com.

Use the sample with fictional records
The public sample is provided to help evaluate the demonstrated workflow. Its members, visits, payments and figures are illustrative. Changes may be kept in your browser and can be lost if browser data is removed, the device changes or the sample is reset.
Keep real member information, passwords and payment credentials out of the sample. Do not treat a sample entry as a record saved to a connected gym.
Guides and product information
The guides explain practical recordkeeping steps and the supplied beta interface. Adapt them to your gym’s membership rules, staffing and payment process. They are not personalized legal, tax, accounting, medical or safety advice.
Check important records against the original evidence. Fitness Vault’s recordkeeping examples do not establish payment settlement, live occupancy or regulatory compliance.
Separate gym services and software access
Account creation and sign-in open the separate application at app.fitnessvault.online. Windows downloads are hosted separately at fitnessvault.online. Review the current information at those destinations before creating an account, downloading software or entering real records.
The public site’s software access display may vary by selected region. Confirm current prices, activation, access limits and applicable service terms before arranging access. This website does not process member payments or automatically send renewal reminders.
Acceptable use and site materials
Use the website and sample in ways that respect other people’s information and the site’s availability. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code or interfere with normal operation.
The Fitness Vault name, logo and site materials identify this product. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. Contact support@fitnessvault.com about reuse beyond ordinary viewing, linking and evaluation.
Availability, changes and contact
The product is presented as a beta. Website content and sample behavior can change as the product develops, and access may be interrupted. Keep independent backups for real business records in the services you use.
