Include the page URL, the action you tried and the message you saw. If you have a gym account, describe the issue without sending your password, recovery link, full member list or payment credentials.
For a forgotten password, open gym sign-in and use the recovery option there. The public website guide cannot access your account or submit a support ticket.
Privacy questions
Tell us which website or service your question concerns and what information you want reviewed. Send only the details needed to explain the request. If the information belongs to your gym’s member records, your gym operator may be the appropriate first contact.
